Each backpack can be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery, as received with all accompanying documents, at your expense. At the moment we do not have physical stores and we offer our goods only online. Of course, each shipment is shipped with the option to review and test before payment, so you can be sure of what you are buying.

How to use the USB charging?
- In order to use the USB charging you need to have an external battery, regardless of size, to plug inside the backpack in the designated location. Then plug the cord for your phone into the jack on the outside, respectively your phone.
Are backpacks really waterproof?
