Do the products you offer have a warranty?
Yes! Each backpack has a 1-month warranty, which is with us and it is valid for any defects that arise from its use. After the expiration of this warranty, most of the manufacturers we work with offer another 11 months warranty.
Can I return a product purchased from you?
Each backpack can be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery, as received with all accompanying documents, at your expense.
