Do the products you offer have a warranty?
Yes! Each backpack has a 1-month warranty, which is with us and it is valid for any defects that arise from its use. After the expiration of this warranty, most of the manufacturers we work with offer another 11 months warranty.
Can I return a product purchased from you?
Each backpack can be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery, as received with all accompanying documents, at your expense. In this case, you indicate to the returned product a bank account to which you will be refunded within two days of receiving it in our office. At the moment we do not have physical stores and we offer our goods only online. Of course, each shipment is shipped with the option to review and test before payment, so you can be sure of what you are buying.
