Yes! Each backpack has a 1-month warranty, which is with us and it is valid for any defects that arise from its use. After the expiration of this warranty, most of the manufacturers we work with offer another 11 months warranty.
Can I return a product purchased from you?
Each backpack can be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery, as received with all accompanying documents, at your expense. In this case, you indicate to the returned product a bank account to which you will be refunded within two days of receiving it in our office. Can I see the goods live?
At the moment we do not have physical stores and we offer our goods only online. Of course, each shipment is shipped with the option to review and test before payment, so you can be sure of what you are buying.

How to use the USB charging?
- In order to use the USB charging you need to have an external battery, regardless of size, to plug inside the backpack in the designated location. Then plug the cord for your phone into the jack on the outside, respectively your phone.
Are backpacks really waterproof?
- Yes, backpacks are waterproof and can protect your belongings in the rain. However, that doesn't mean they'll be waterproof when you dunk them directly in water.
