In such a case, with the returned product, you indicate a bank account to which the value of the goods will be refunded to you within two days of receiving it at our office. - At the moment we do not have physical stores and offer our goods only online. Of course, every shipment is sent with an option to view and test before payment, so you can be sure of what you are buying. And we hope to open our first physical store in the city of Sofia very soon.
